Corporate Fitness The Hague

Invest in fitter staff

Fit people are happy people, and happy people enjoy their work more. That may be a reason for you to invest in corporate fitness. In the workplace, you often have a good insight into the functioning of your staff. Do you also know how they spend their free time? Do you know what is going on with your staff? Are they fit, do they have a healthy lifestyle, and do they take good care of themselves?

The move towards more physical activity is initiated by Corporate Fitness.

It has been proven that many people do not get around to the physical activity guidelines which the Health Council determined in 2017. These physical activity guidelines stipulate that for a healthy body, you must engage in at least 2.5 hours of moderate-intensity physical activity per week. In addition, there is the recommendation to perform muscle-strengthening exercises twice a week. Do you know who among your staff meets these requirements?

Corporate fitness The Hague, a tax benefit

How it works! Your employees can take out a membership at any fitness center. This is then deducted from their gross salary. However, a condition is that you, as the employer, discuss this with your employee as a secondary employment benefit. This arrangement falls under the so-called work-related expenses scheme. There is no longer an obligation to meticulously account for every settlement to the Tax and Customs Administration. As long as your expenses fall within the flat-rate allowance, you do not need to account for these expenses to the Tax and Customs Administration.

More than just getting fitter

For MINT Personal Training, corporate fitness does not have to consist solely of the tax benefit.
Your staff may be experiencing other health issues, such as work-related health problems. Consider, for instance, the so-called KANS (neck and shoulder complaints). Employees who sit a lot and move too little often develop chronic complaints in muscles and joints. We would be happy to schedule an appointment to discuss this with you.

Company fitness, as a secondary employment benefit.

Regardless of whether you are an employer or an employee, corporate fitness is a particularly sound investment in many respects.
